Synocene — beyond the Anthropocene
A collaborative work that has resulted in a series of citizen engagement workshops, a spatial sound installation that explores a de-centered view of our anthropocentric experience of the natural world, and a scientific paper about how AI perceives nature. The project has been developed in collaboration with AI specialists and policy makers, as part of part of the European Commission Joint Research Centre (JRC) SciArt Resonances IV programme and the VOICE project.
